Indian Roads Congress-Ministry of Road Transport and Highways
The Indian Roads Congress (IRC) has accredited the use of Evercrete Deep Penetrating Sealer (DPS) on concrete roads, bridges and highways, to increase its life and reduce the maintenance cost. The IRC is the premier technical body of highway engineers in India and it is governed by the Ministry of Roads Transport and Highways.
